We video record your event with professional equipment suited to the site conditions.

All videos are edited and professionally produced to provide the story of your event in motion. This will include music, special effects, title, and credit roll at the end of the production. If ordered, your photographs will be superimposed as images on the video track. The video will be delivered on DVD with a customized case cover and label. Delivery is normally within 1 week.

Our standard packages:

Wedding Package - $500

• We deliver a 30 minute video on DVD of your wedding highlights.

• Videographer on site for two hours, 1 location.

• Includes 6 pre-wedding photos

• Your selection of music (2 pieces)

Memorial Service and Retirement Package - $400

• We deliver a 45 minute video on DVD of the service.

• Videographer on site for two hours, 1 location.

• Includes 10 pre-event photos

• Your selection of music (up to 3 pieces)

Basic Package - $300

• Suitable for parties, school, and community events.

• We deliver a 20-30 minute video on DVD of your special event highlights.

• Videographer on site for 1 hour, 1 location.

• Includes 10 pre-event photos

• Your selection of music (2 pieces)

Optional Extras -

• Videographer required in two locations - $50
• Extra hour on location - $50
• Extra produced video length - $100/10 minutes
• Extra photos for insertion: $5 each
• Extra CD/DVD’s: $20 each
• Your own video clip insertion: $25 each
• Extra listing at end of show; $30
• VHS tape: $20 each

Other Options

• Consider our slide show with clips from your wedding, hosted on our site for those who cannot attend the wedding. We have this up and running the day after the wedding.

Music

In choosing music there are three considerations:

• Length - should match the show length.
• Mood - your favorite song may seem a little strange to others, look for a moderate rhythm without lyrics which can detract from the show.
• Copyright - Generally we provide royalty-free background music. To use your favorite song you must provide us the original recording that you purchased unless you are providing your own composition. If your video is for resale, you will have to arrange royalty payment.
